Artist of The Week: Bob Ross

Bob Ross is one of the greatest artists that has ever lived! He is appreciated for his super realistic paintings along with his very soothing voice. Some say that watching him paint is therapeutic, and it’s safe to say that I wholeheartedly agree. Unfortunately he died at age 52 in the year 1995 from lymphoma, but his legacy continues. His tv show “The Joy of Painting” had over 400 episodes and was a worldwide success! Bob Ross is chosen this week because he had an artistic vision and a deep passion to show his paintings with the world.
