Tropic comes from the tropics with his Dominican and Haitian background hailing from the Tropic of Cancer and bringing a piece of it with him to Silver Spring. Although not a conventional tropical performance its a great performance nonetheless and shows a glimpse of what the art scene is looking like in central Maryland.
