Logline:

A young rapper in Gaithersburg struggling with identity, image, and personal failure is forced into community service at a local church, where an unexpected encounter and a profound loss push him toward spiritual reflection, emotional honesty, and a new sense of purpose.

Emotionally burdened and increasingly isolated, Micah struggles with guilt, grief, and internal conflict while trying to maintain control over his collapsing personal life. Jovial but intense, with strong dramatic range required.

Compensation

This film will premiere at the Black Rock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland on November the 13th. These are unpaid roles, credits will be displayed on the film and if applicable on social posts. Snacks will be provided for actors. Meals will be provided for actors working on set over 6 hours. Actors selected for roles will be eligible to receive a free lifetime Artist Bio Page (EPK) on Newport Network's Artist Search valued at 9.99/month.
